Step into my cozy corner of the world, where each cloak is a labor of love and a testament to my journey as a self-taught cloak maker. My name is Kari, and while I’m primarily a homemaker, my passion for creating these unique cloaks has become a delightful extension of my daily life.

My cloaks are made from a blend of high-quality fabrics like soft flannel, warm fleece, and soon-to-arrive Pendleton wool. I take pride in the craftsmanship of each piece, following a pattern I’ve designed myself—one that allows for generous, oversized hoods that are perfect for snuggling up or making a stylish statement. My approach is intentionally relaxed, allowing each cloak to retain a bit of its own character and charm.

Being a homemaker means my cloak-making space is filled with love, warmth, and the occasional presence of my senior German Shepherd, Gretchen. She’s a cherished member of the family, and while I do my best to keep her hair at bay, you might find a stray tuft or two on your cloak. It’s all part of the homey, personal touch that makes each cloak unique. After all, Gretchen’s gentle presence adds a little extra warmth and love to every piece.
